Recommendations

• Activities recommended for children 5 years and older (always accompanied by an adult). Note: the zip-line activity requires a minimum height of 3.6 ft and a minimum weight of 88 lbs.

• Wear a swimsuit and insect repellent; bring extra clothes and a towel. Closed shoes or water shoes are mandatory for all activities.

• Sunscreen and insect repellent must contain only titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.

• If your tour includes transportation, confirm your pick‑up time and location.

• Bring cash or a card to purchase souvenirs or your photos.

Important Information

• Xplor is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Minimum recommended age: 5 years. Children ages 5 to 11 receive a 25% discount (ID required).

• Children taller than 4.5 ft but under 12 must present ID to verify age.

• Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.

• If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain, or get dizzy easily, some activities are not recommended.

Zip-lines requirements:

• Minimum height: 3.6 ft

• Minimum weight: 88 lbs; maximum: 300 lbs

• Harness capacity: 47 in (waist) and 25 in (legs)

• Visitors weighing 115 kg (250 lbs) or more will be evaluated to determine if they can participate.

• For children, the harness must fit properly; if not, they will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.

Special height and weight requirements:

• Amphibious vehicles and Underground Expedition: minimum 3.6 ft.

• Rafts and Stalactite River: minimum 3.3 ft and maximum 300 lbs.

• Toboganxote: minimum 4.2 ft and maximum 300 lbs. Maximum capacity per raft: 4 people or 705 lbs.

• Helmet use and swimming ability are mandatory.

• Cancellations more than 2 days in advance have a 20% fee. Cancellations with 2 days or less, or no‑shows, are non‑refundable.

• Same‑day date changes are not allowed.

• Smoke control: Grupo Xcaret complies with regulations by offering smoke‑free and emission‑free spaces. There are designated smoking areas, restricted for minors, pregnant women, seniors, and people with cardiovascular or lung conditions.

• Only one official ID is accepted: physical passport. Digital copies are not accepted.
