Activities at Xplor Fuego are recommended for children ages 5 and up (always accompanied by an adult). Note: Zip‑lines require a minimum height of 1.10 m (3.6 ft) and a minimum weight of 40 kg (88 lb).
Wear a swimsuit and insect repellent; bring extra clothes and a towel. Closed or water shoes are mandatory for all activities.
Sunscreen and insect repellent must contain only titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
If your tour includes transportation, confirm your pickup time and meeting point.
Bring cash or a card to purchase souvenirs or photos.

Xplor Fuego is open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Minimum recommended age: 5 years. Children ages 5 to 11 receive a 25% discount (ID required to verify age).
Children taller than 1.40 m (4.5 ft) but under 12 must present ID to verify age.
Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
If you have heart conditions, fear of heights, recent surgeries, back pain, or get dizzy easily, certain activities are not recommended.

Policies
Cancellations made more than two days in advance incur a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations made two days or less before the visit, or no‑shows, are non‑refundable.
Same‑day date changes are not allowed.
Smoke‑Free Policy
