• 6:30 a.m. Pick-up (only if included in your reservation)

• 8:30 a.m. Check-in and boarding

• 9:00 a.m. Tour begins. Transfer to the reef and safety briefing

• 9:30 a.m. Snorkeling experience at El Meco

• 10:20 a.m. Transfer to Za Za Beach Club

• 10:40 a.m. Arrival at the Beach Club

• 10:50 a.m. Lunch at the Beach Club

• 12:20 p.m. Boarding to visit downtown Isla Mujeres

• 1:00 p.m. Free time in Isla Mujeres

• 2:30 p.m. Boarding in Isla Mujeres back to El Embarcadero pier

• 3:40 p.m. Arrival at El Embarcadero pier

• 3:55 p.m. Access to the Scenic Tower

• 5:00 p.m. Return to the hotel (only if included in your reservation)

Departure Point: El Embarcadero by Xcaret

Located at Km 4.5 in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, this is the departure dock for the Catamaran Prime Tour. It is easily accessible by public transportation, taxi, or car. Parking is available at an additional cost.

• For snorkeling: minimum age 8, must know how to swim, life jacket required, and adult supervision

• Avoid touching the reefs or feeding marine life

• Minors must always be accompanied by an adult

• In case of bad weather, the Port Authority will determine if navigation is permitted

• To access the Scenic Tower, present your tour ticket (valid up to 15 days after your visit)

• Parking: 15 MXN per hour or 100 MXN per day if exceeding 12 hours

• Only valid ID accepted: physical passport (digital copy also accepted)
