• Children ages 1 to 5 have free access, free transportation, and do not pay the dock fee.

• Dock fee is $15 USD per person (adults and children 6+), payable at check‑in.

• Maritime transportation departs at 9:00 AM from Playa Langosta in the Hotel Zone.

• Alcoholic beverages are restricted for minors*.

• Temazcal takes place at 11:30 AM, and the harmonization ceremony at 1:15 PM. Registration upon arrival is required*.

• Photos during water activities have an additional cost.

• Life jackets are mandatory for all water activities.

• Pregnant women 5+ months cannot participate in water activities or zipline.

• Pregnant women under 5 months may participate only when accompanied by an adult and after signing a liability waiver.

• Pool Party available from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, 1:30 PM–2:30 PM, and 3:30 PM–4:30 PM.

• Diving area available from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at the main dock (life jacket required).

• Beach area available from 10:30 AM–4:30 PM in the snorkeling zone (life jacket required).

• Zipline: Maximum weight 287 lb / Minimum height 1.20 m.

• Buffet available from 12:30 PM–4:00 PM.

• Zipline available from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.

• Use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin and the ecosystem.

• Arrive 1 hour early at the ferry departure point to avoid delays.

• Your return point will be Playa Langosta.

• There is no parking available at Playa Langosta; if arriving on your own, consider alternative transportation options.
