Additional Information 

• The dock usage fee is $300 MXN, applicable to both adults and children (6 years and older), and must be paid at the time of registration or check‑in. All passengers must pay the dock fee, except infants aged 5 and under.

• Women who are less than 5 months pregnant may only participate in the Dolphin Encounter, accompanied by a paying adult, and must sign a liability waiver beforehand.

• Children must be at least 10 years old to participate in the snorkeling activity. Minors under 16 years old may participate only if accompanied by an adult.

• This activity is not recommended for guests over 60 years old.

• The use of sunscreens and tanning lotions is not permitted. Wearing jewelry or accessories that may come off easily during the swim is not allowed. Electronic devices are not permitted.

• In accordance with Article 60 of the Tax Law of the State of Quintana Roo, an ISEPAAA state tax of $50 MXN per person (ages 6 and up) must be paid by those participating in aquatic animal activities at the time of registration.

• Boarding point: Playa Langosta Pier, Km 5.5 of the Hotel Zone. Please arrive at 8:30 AM.

• The temazcal activity takes place at 11:30 AM, and the harmonization ceremony at 1:15 PM. To participate in either one, you must register upon arrival at the park to reserve your spot.*

• Photos of activities and/or aquatic experiences have an additional cost.

• The use of life jackets is mandatory for all aquatic activities.

• The buffet is available from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The zipline is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Recommendations

• We recommend bringing cash to purchase photos and souvenirs, as well as an extra change of clothes.

• Guests with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other major medical condition should not participate.

• Guests are encouraged to consider their physical condition and medical history when determining whether this activity is suitable for them. Anyone with doubts should consult their personal physician before participating in any potentially strenuous activity.

• All services require prior reservation.

• There is no parking available at Playa Langosta, so we recommend planning accordingly if you intend to arrive by private vehicle, or consider alternative transportation options if arriving on your own.

Dolphin Royal Connection Program Policies

• Children measuring 1.20 m to 1.39 m must be accompanied by an adult during dolphin interactions. Children measuring 1.40 m or taller may participate on their own.

• Infants 1 to 5 years old participate free of charge, accompanied by a paying adult.

• Children are considered 6 to 12 years old. Adults are considered 13 years and older.
