• You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8:00 AM for Check‑In.

• Do not include babies under 6 years old in your reservation (they are free). Add them in the comments section.

• Infants 1–5 years old and children up to 1.20 m tall must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Children 6–12 years old and between 1.21 m and 1.40 m tall must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Guests 13 years and older and taller than 1.40 m pay adult price and may participate on their own.

• For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed in the water. Professional photos will be available for purchase.

• Maximum 16 people per group for a better experience.

• Life jackets are mandatory.

• Photo package available for online purchase (individual, not combinable).

• Alcohol sales and consumption are for adults only.

• The ISEPAAA tax is charged at Check‑In for guests over 6 years old.

• Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from this tax.

• Funds collected support marine species protection in Quintana Roo.

• Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, and food.

• Pregnant women over 5 months cannot participate.

• Pregnant women under 5 months may participate only in the Encounter program, accompanied by an adult and signing a waiver.

• Arrive 30 minutes before your program; you will receive a brief orientation before the swim.
