You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8:00 AM for Check-In.
The $15 USD dock fee applies to adults and children aged 6 and up.
Life jacket use is mandatory.
In Isla Mujeres, this exclusive experience is available for private groups of up to 8 people.
Infants aged 1–5 years or under 1.20 m participate in the Encounter program interactions and must be accompanied by two paying adults.
Children aged 6–12 years and between 1.21 m and 1.40 m must be accompanied by one paying adult.
Guests aged 13+ and over 1.40 m pay adult price and may swim on their own.
Cameras are not allowed in the water for safety reasons. Professional photos will be available for purchase.

Alcohol sales and consumption are for adults only.
The ISEPAAA tax is charged at Check-In for guests aged 6 and up.
Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt.
Funds collected support marine species protection in the state.
Recommendations
Arrive 30 minutes before your experience; you will receive a brief orientation before the swim.
Pregnant women over 5 months cannot participate.
Pregnant women under 5 months may participate only in the Encounter program, accompanied by a paying adult and signing a waiver.
