• Do not include babies under 6 years in the reservation (they are free), but add them in the comments.

• Arrive 30 minutes early for check‑in.

• Dock fee of $15 USD applies to adults and children ages 6+.

• Life jacket use is mandatory.

• In Isla Mujeres, this experience is available for private groups of up to 8 people.

• Infants ages 1–5 or under 1.20 m participate in Dolphin Encounter and must be accompanied by two paying adults.

• Children ages 6–12 with height between 1.21 m and 1.40 m must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Guests 13+ with height over 1.40 m pay adult price and may swim on their own.

• For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed in the water.

• Photo package available during online purchase (individual, not combinable).

• Alcohol sale and consumption for adults only.

• ISEPAAA tax is charged at check‑in and applies to guests 6+.

• Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from the ISEPAAA tax.

• Funds collected support marine species protection in Quintana Roo.

• Pregnant women over 5 months cannot participate.

• Pregnant women under 5 months may only participate in Encounter, accompanied by a paying adult and signing a waiver.

• Use biodegradable sunscreen.

• There is no parking at Playa Langosta; consider alternatives if arriving on your own.
