Arrive 30 minutes early for check‑in.
Dock fee of $15 USD applies to adults and children ages 6+.
Life jacket use is mandatory.
In Isla Mujeres, this experience is available for private groups of up to 8 people.
Infants ages 1–5 or under 1.20 m participate in Dolphin Encounter and must be accompanied by two paying adults.
Children ages 6–12 with height between 1.21 m and 1.40 m must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Guests 13+ with height over 1.40 m pay adult price and may swim on their own.
For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed in the water.
Photo package available during online purchase (individual, not combinable).
Alcohol sale and consumption for adults only.
ISEPAAA tax is charged at check‑in and applies to guests 6+.
Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from the ISEPAAA tax.
Funds collected support marine species protection in Quintana Roo.
