• Do not include babies under 6 years in the reservation (they are free), but add them in the comments.

• Infants 1–5 years old and under 1.20 m must participate with a paying adult.

• Children 6–12 years old between 1.21 m and 1.40 m must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Guests 13+ years old and over 1.40 m pay adult price and may participate alone.

• For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed in the water.

• Maximum 16 people per group for a better experience.

• Life jacket use is mandatory.

• Photo packages available during online purchase (individual, not combinable).

• Alcohol sales and consumption for adults only.

• ISEPAAA tax is charged at check‑in and applies to guests 6+.
