Duration: 105 minutes

Schedule: Monday to Saturday at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.

Minimum Age:

• Minimum age for the activity: 12 years and older

• Minimum age to drive: 16 years with a valid license or permit

Transportation: Routes available from Dreams Natura Resort & Spa to Riu Dunamar and downtown Cancún.

Recommendations

• Wear comfortable, cool clothing; bring a swimsuit and towel.

• Photographers are available along the route to capture the best shots from unique angles. This service is not included.

Important Information

• Do not participate if you have heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, medical restrictions, recent injuries, surgeries, or if you are pregnant.

• Access is not permitted under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances.

• Minimum age to participate: 12 years; minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Only visitors 16+ with a valid license or permit may drive.

• A physical, valid passport is required at check‑in.

• The Jet Boat activity is optional and has an additional cost; it is not included in the tour price.

• Closed‑toe shoes are required (water shoes or regular shoes).

• Drive carefully: this is a recreational ride, not a racetrack.

• The tour is conducted in a caravan.

• Trails are one‑lane and one‑way; follow all signage.

• Do not stop unless instructed by your guide.

• There are rest areas to stop, switch drivers, or yield as directed by the guide.

• If two people share a vehicle and both want to drive, they must take turns.

• Respect the 30 km/h speed limit; excessive speed may cause accidents.

• Always wear your safety gear.

• If you detect a mechanical issue, inform the guide, pull over, and allow others to pass.

• It is strictly forbidden to get off the vehicle while it is moving or to enter unauthorized routes.

• Maximum vehicle capacity: two adults.

• Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times, except when using turn signals.

• Remain seated throughout the entire ride.

• The only accepted official ID is a physical passport.
