Single or Double?

Want to share your ATV with a friend, partner, or family member? Choose the Double option when booking. If you’re traveling with children or teens under 18, they must ride as passengers accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. In this case, you must also book a Double ATV.

An original, government‑issued photo ID is required before boarding.

Recommendations

  • Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing; bring a swimsuit and towel.

  • Professional photographers will be along the route capturing the best moments from unique angles (service not included).

Important Information

  • Avoid participating if you have heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, medical restrictions, recent injuries, surgeries within the last six months, or if you are pregnant.

  • Access will not be allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances.

  • Minimum age for activities: 12 years. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Only visitors 16+ with a valid driver’s license or permit may drive.

  • An official ID is required at check‑in.

  • Closed‑toe shoes are mandatory (water shoes or regular shoes).

  • Drive carefully—this is a recreational ride, not a race. The tour is done in a caravan.

  • Trails are one‑way and single‑lane; follow all posted signs.

  • Do not stop unless instructed by your guide.

  • You will find rest areas where you may pull over, switch drivers, or allow others to pass as directed by the guide.

  • If two people share a vehicle and both want to drive, they must take turns during the route.

  • Respect the 30 km/h speed limit; losing control due to speeding may cause accidents.

  • Wear your safety gear at all times.

  • In case of mechanical issues, notify the guide immediately, pull over, and allow others to pass.

  • It is strictly forbidden to get off the vehicle while it is moving or enter unauthorized paths.

  • Maximum capacity per vehicle: two adults.

  • Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times, except when using turn signals. Remain seated throughout the ride.

Accepted Identification

  • Foreign visitors: valid passport (original only).

  • Mexican visitors: INE/IFE, FM2/FM3, or passport.

  • Children: CURP, school ID with photo, or vaccination card.

  • Digital copies are not accepted; original documents are required.
